Terms of sale
These terms govern the sale of the Kidslandy digital program at kidslandy.com. By completing a purchase you accept them. Please read them before paying.
1. Who you are buying from
Kidslandy is operated by Samuel Felipe Alexandre Rosa, a sole trader registered in Brazil, CPF 553.556.048-03, at Av. Angelo Missonelli, 736, Jd. Igar, Araraquara - SP, CEP 14806-765, Brasil. Contact: support@kidslandy.com, +55 16 99737-9711. Full details are on the seller identification page.
2. What is being sold
Kidslandy is a digital educational program for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 6. It consists of pre-recorded video lessons, printable PDF materials and weekly activity plans, delivered online.
Nothing physical is shipped. There is no live tuition, no scheduled classes and no personal tutoring included in any plan unless explicitly stated on the sales page.
The exact contents of each plan are listed on the plans section of the site at the time of purchase. That listing is the definitive description of what you are buying.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the site in the currency matching the language version you are viewing and include any applicable consumption tax where we are required to charge it.
Payment is a single one-time charge. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no card stored for future charges.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. The charge appears on your statement as KIDSLANDY.
4. Access and delivery
Access is delivered immediately after successful payment through a personal access link shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
The access link does not expire. It is personal to you and must not be shared, resold or published. We may revoke access that is being shared in a way that amounts to redistribution.
If your access link does not arrive within one hour, write to support@kidslandy.com and we will resend it.
5. Licence and permitted use
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials within your own household, including printing the PDF materials as many times as you need for your own children.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, broadcast, or use the materials in a commercial setting such as a nursery, school or childminding business without a separate written licence from us.
The copyright in all videos, texts, images and printable materials remains with us.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every plan, which applies to every buyer wherever they live. See the refund policy for how to claim it.
The seller is established in Brazil, where article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code gives a 7-day right of withdrawal for purchases made outside a commercial establishment, including online. Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance contracts, which for digital content delivered immediately ends once delivery begins with your express consent, given at checkout. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee is at least as generous as both and applies to everyone.
7. What the program is not
The program is educational content for adults to use with children. It is not medical advice, psychological assessment, speech therapy, or a diagnosis of any condition.
We make no promise about any specific developmental outcome for any individual child. Children develop at different rates and the program cannot be a substitute for professional assessment where that is needed.
If you have any concern about your child's development, speak to a paediatrician or the relevant health service in your country.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the program available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting incidents and third-party outages can interrupt service temporarily.
We may add, update or replace lessons and materials over time. Any material removal that meaningfully reduces what you bought will be notified to the email address on your purchase.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the applicable law.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Brazil. In consumer matters the competent court is that of the consumer's domicile, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, and nothing here removes the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you habitually reside.
Before any formal step, please write to support@kidslandy.com. If that does not settle it, consumers in Brazil may use consumidor.gov.br or their state Procon office, and consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
