Accessibility

Last updated: 2026-09-04

We want Kidslandy to be usable by every parent who buys it, including those using assistive technology.

Where we are

The site is built to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We test the parts we control and fix what we find, but we do not claim full conformance, because that is a claim that has to be earned by audit rather than asserted.

What is in place

Known limitations

Video lessons are being produced with captions. Until a lesson has captions published, its transcript is available on request at no cost.

The printable PDF materials are designed for print rather than for screen readers. If you need a plain-text version of any sheet, ask us and we will send one.

The payment page is provided by Stripe and is outside our control, although Stripe publishes its own accessibility commitments.

Asking for help or reporting a barrier

If something on this site or in the program is not usable for you, write to support@kidslandy.com and describe what happened and what you were using. We treat access barriers as bugs, not as feature requests, and we will tell you what we can do and by when.

If you would rather speak to someone, call or message +55 16 99737-9711.
